The villa is comfortably and modernly furnished and, with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, offers enough space for up to 6 people (plus 1 baby bed). The rooms are air-conditioned and have free WIFI. Almost all windows are provided with insect screens. The entrance, the ground floor, one bedroom and the main bathroom/toilet are wheelchair accessible up to 70 cm wide and barrier-free. In particular, the kitchen is extremely well equipped and of high quality, both in terms of the appliances and the crockery, cutlery and cooking pots. The exclusive wine cooler rounds off the high-quality equipment.

The property can only be booked completely. You are private, you have the approx. 4 x 9 m pool for your sole use and the terrace and pool area is not visible to strangers.
The house is conveniently located on the coastal road between Calpe and Moraira. However, it is very quiet. At night you can hear the sound of the sea in the tower room and on the terrace.
It offers many amenities (such as a German doctor, pharmacy, ATM, 24-hour gas station, well-stocked grocery store with international brands, ice cream parlor, optician, fitness center, hairdresser, cosmetics and pedicure, many restaurants, bars, cafes and shops) within walking distance.
